1.3 If the steel after sandblasting has been stored overnight, it must be lightly sandblasted again before applying the primer the next day.

1.4 The steel after sandblasting is strictly prohibited from contacting any form of water, including rain, condensation, etc., before applying the primer. Otherwise, light blasting must be done again before applying the primer.

2.1 High-performance coatings are usually two-component products. Each component should be thoroughly stirred before use, and then the base paint A component and the curing agent B component should be mixed according to the volume ratio shown in the manual and mixed evenly. At this time, the B component should be poured into the A component. Make sure that all equipment and containers are free of moisture.

2.2 After mixing, it can be used after being allowed to stand for a certain period of time according to the requirements of the instructions, and stirring shall be continued before use. Note that different temperatures require different standing times.

2.3 It can be diluted only when it is needed for construction. The instruction manual specifies the supporting diluent and its ratio. Do not over-dlute. The dilution ratio varies according to seasons and construction methods. (Note: Do not add diluent before mixing and standing period)

2.4 The amount of paint mixed at one time should be used up within the action time after mixing. This time has been explained in the instructions and varies with the temperature.

2.5 If the paint thickens during use, do not add too much thinner, but discard and mix with new paint.

3. Coating construction-precautions for painting

3.1 When performing traditional spraying, ensure that there is sufficient air pressure and flow to achieve the desired atomization effect.

3.2 Do not use in an environment that is more severe than the design requirements of surface treatment and anti-corrosion coating system.

3.3 The same surface should be sprayed at one time.

3.4 Use uniform, same direction and parallel wet coating, and each coating should cover 50% of the previous one. If necessary, cross spray can be done at the correct angle to avoid voids, missed coatings and pinholes.

3.5 All utensils should be cleaned with thinner immediately after use.

3.6 The next coating can be carried out after it has dried completely.

3.7 The thickness of the dry film of the coating shall be uniform and meet the design requirements, and the thinnest point shall prevail.

3.8 After the project is completed and passed the acceptance check, it should still be inspected regularly. If there is spot rust in the local area, it should be repainted in time to avoid small losses.

3.9 Pre-coating should be used at welding, bending, corners and corners to increase the coating thickness.
