A two-component solvent-free heavy duty anticorrosion epoxy zinc-rich primer with dry film zinc content ≥75% , which is composed of liquid epoxy, zinc powder, active diluent, assistant and amine curing agent.

designed usage:

Used for long-term corrosion protection of steel, it can be used as a single layer, or it can be coated with a matching heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating on the surface to play a synergistic effect and meet various protection requirements. It is the best material to replace or repair hot-sprayed zinc and hot-dip galvanized layers.

As a primer for spray-cleaned bare steel surfaces in moderately to severely corrosive environments, such as steel structures, bridges, port machinery, offshore platforms, construction machinery, storage tanks and pipelines, and electrical installations, to be used with high performance paints, can further improve the anti-corrosion performance of the coating, can be used for approved retention of zinc-rich shop primer surface, can be used for zinc parts damaged areas or repair zinc silicate primer coating; The cathodic protection and rust prevention function can only be performed on the surface treated to bare steel in maintenance.
